What to include when you write

The more context you share, the more useful our reply. If you can, tell us what you are trying to package and roughly its size, what structure you are leaning towards, and where you are stuck — choosing a box, exporting for a specific printer, or a question about plans. A screenshot of what you are seeing in the editor helps too. With that detail we can usually point you straight to an answer rather than asking a round of follow-up questions.

We read every message

CraftyWand is run by a small team, and a real person reads every message that comes in. We aim to reply as promptly as we can; we would rather give you a considered answer than an instant non-answer. If your question is urgent, say so and we will do our best to prioritise it.
